Smith Bell Mini-Hydro Corp.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Smith Bell Mini-Hydro Corp. (SBMHC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Smith Bell Corporation. Incorporated in 2005 to develop, utilize, and commercialize renewable energy technologies, with a focus on hydropower in support of sustainable development.

Smith Bell's involvement in the energy sector is not new. The company was the first to undertake oil drilling in the Philippines in 1896. The establishment of SBMHC marks Smith Bell's return to the energy sector — this time with a commitment to clean and renewable power.

SBMHC believes that harnessing renewable resources is a responsible approach to providing energy to Filipinos, in harmony with environmental preservation. The use of renewable energy delivers lasting economic and social benefits while safeguarding the environment for future generations.
